# Not seeing SSL certificate?

Below are two possible reasons why your custom domain is not having a SSL certificate issued (if at all you see this message in browser).

1. Please recheck your DNS settings as mentioned at <https://help.siteoly.com/advanced/how-to-connect-to-custom-domain>
2. The other reason could be because your site may be using a non https image. Please click your Google sheet for images using 'http' instead of 'https'
